No Call-Out Surcharge: Just a fixed hourly rate, minimum charge 1 hour ($135+GST). After first hour charge is calculated to the nearest 15min increment.
Off-Site Charge: If we believe a job will take longer than an hour, we will recommend you let us take the job to our lab. Off-Site rate is charged at discounted $99 /HR.
Locations: We service the whole of Auckland and Rodney District area (This includes, Pukekohe, North Shore, Silverdale, Warkworth, Wellsford and Mangawhai).
Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Public Holidays: +$120/HR Surcharge
After Hours: Before 8AM & After 6PM +$120/HR Surcharge
Payment: Our whole system is automated, when the job is completed an invoice will be sent to your email. From there you can pay online via credit card or through bank transfer.

Rural Surcharge Waiver: If the call-out falls within a 10KM tolerance to the nearest urban address we will waive surcharge.
Parking & Accessibility: Customer must ensure parking facilities are available if not arranged prior. Additional expenses will be billed in invoice.
No Fix No Fee Policy: We don’t ever charge for something we couldn’t fix. Not only that, but if the issue recurs within 14 days we will send a technician out free of charge.
